产品特点：
1.主轴关键零部件配置采用欧洲著名品牌的ATE电机、L+B编码器、SNFA陶瓷球轴承、OTT旋转接头、balluff传感器。The main parts using famous brand in europe ATE motor, SNFA ceramic ball bearings, Balluff sensor
2.主轴液压松刀，松刀压力最大50bar，主轴刀具卡紧用碟簧，卡刀时所需液压压力最大50bar（顶液压缸活塞用）。hydraulic pressure unclamping tool , max pressure 50bar, tool clamping with disc spring, hydraulic pressure clamping tool 50bar (rerurn cylinder piston).
3.采用外置水冷机循环水冷，并在电机处采用KTY84、前后端支持轴承处采用PT100温度传感器分别对主轴和轴承进行温升监控。spindle motor bearings need to adopt an external water cooler , and using KTY84, the front and end bearing with PT100 temperature sensor to check motor and the bearing temperature
